Not my first read by author and I have already read Book #1 and anticipated this one SO MUCH!
One of the reasons why is because the heroine Jane or Mrs. de Vries in this is bad-ass!! John Carson I mean can we just kill off a character, I would be okay with that because this man will do anything to keep Jane and Eric apart, I mean to a point where Jane has to start all over again what it seems and she struggles, fights and also is heartbroken, all.in.one. Gah, read this in one sitting, I also told myself I’d never do another cliffhanger BUT here we are, soo I definitely need more more more! So now it’s just the hurry up and wait! I highly recommend reading Book 1 for obvious reasons, at least you know there is a Book 2 after you fall right off the cliff.
Great characters again, the plot and side characters. Mystery, suspense and SO MUCH EMOTION! I was not ready for this book for sure!
