Not my first read by author who happens to also be a dear friend and an amazing gorgeous person SO! But this is the 2nd book and I have luckily read Book 1, so I was excited for some more of course!!
This one is very much different than the first so I was a bit on the fence about it, because I enjoyed the first very much but not in a bad way, just a took me a little more to get into it type of way.
This book though has a very SEXY, BIG, BEARDED AND TATTOOED SCOTSMAN mmhm yes ma’am! When little Maddie travels to Scotland to meet her online man she has been chatting with, she is shocked to find Nick!
This is where the took me a little to get into because I was slightly thrown back and forth between the energy and relationship between Maddie and Nick.
Other than that, I really liked Maddie a lot heck Nick too, they were great together when together, plus Nick is a reader, ummm helloooo swoon swoon swoon!!
