Not my first read or review by this author, I actually have read quiet a lot of her books and have quiet a lot of the paperbacks too!!
Jason is Malone’s best friend who also friend’s with Truly who is Malone’s little sister. Malone is from Satisfaction Guaranteed book. Jason and Truly shared a hot steamy night months ago. Truly keeps her lips sealed all while Jason couldn’t stop his mind of thinking about her. So basically NOW they are around one another, except only in the FRIEND ZONE. When they both need each other’s help, they can’t deny it anymore and the chemistry and sizzling between them get’s too much to bare, so what’s a girl to do? GIVE IN! Hello JASON IS MEGA UBER SEXY!! What’s funny is that they both try their hardest to just keep it at that,
some steamy nights and blah blah…NEVER WORKS and for them not only does it not work
but it get’s and is MORE complicated then ever.
My take on this was, it’s light, flirty, sexy and fun but with a lot of depth! I loved each characters, but if I had to chose it would be Truly. For what she does, has been through and want’s to be…it’s beautiful to see her blossom and take charge. [not in all forms] All in all, I love Lauren’s books because they are never the same and always fun to read, keeps you captivated and interested!
