Not my first read by author, I actually don’t know many if any people who haven’t..scratch that my friend Sam from @cool_moms_who_read hasn’t read Sylvia Day *tsk tsk tsk* anyways, I have read all her books and have been excited to hear she was putting something out again even if it was a shorter read (199 pages). Boy was i messed up after this, total #MindF*ck sorry for my language but you’ll see when you read it! I was able to read this in one sitting, and of course I finished at 130am with no clue what to do next!! Now this book does pertain a little to the Cross Series, that’s all I am saying!! I also have already heard from people reading it that they didn’t like it, again, to me it’s different because I am not expecting it to be AS the Cross series but going in with an open mind.

Characters
Heroine: talented, smart, beautiful and well off. But so broken deep down inside that not even a look at Garrett reminded her. Deep to the soul!!

I can’t really say too much about the story it will ruin it because when you get to the end and it all MAKES SENSE you’ll look back at the characters actions and realize how HEARTBREAKING it all really was. Garrett is such a beautiful soul and my heart for the heroine, broke so much! All I can say is that it may seem it’s going fast then here then there, it is well worth to finish when your mind will be blown.
