Not my first read by author and I have been reading her books from the beginning many moons ago. This one definitely reminded me how much ad why I love reading her books! MY HEART! on this one. Not sure I was ready for it but this author..she is AMAZING with her words! *sigh*
Nathan and Jenna are explosive in a calm way with one another. Having met through having mutual friends, Jenna decides to step up and help Nathan with his daughter. Nathan is trying to figure out how to live on without his wife, how to not blame himself for her death, how to be a father to the adorable 2 year old now stuck with him full time. When the rug get’s pulled out under him, an angel shows in the name of Jenna. Jenna wit her two adorable kids and a beautiful smile and rocking body. He is more grateful than she’ll ever know. But what turns from hope, laughter, little touches, kisses…to one night that changed both of their lives.
I want to say that this is one of the PERFECT Single-parent Romance! What they both had gone through, the feelings, the uncertainty, white lies…but everything is about the kids…that’s what I loved about this so much. The journey of Nate & Marley (his daughter) breathtakingly-beautiful! Everything flowed together, the words, the transitions, side characters…especially the kids. Just bring some tissues or you can ugly little cry like me, the epilogue in this…will have you blooming! Loved everything about this!! Message me when you read the part about Olivia on 81% and tell me your heart didn’t melt!!
