Valentina Saddler and Declan O’Sullivan had their start in Saddler’s Start, the novella. And it was a whirlpool of young love and beauty, but I was so curious to what happened and happens to them, this gave me that plus so much more. I was NOT ready for this at all!! EMOTIONAL lane, don’t merge!
Valentina is a woman who yes she is strong but also very fragile, and Declan OH DECLAN. All of this was hard for me to read because I put myself in Val’s shoes and to be young, in love, with a military man…only imagine and well you get to feel it through here for sure. I say put on your seat belt and hang on, because the author takes you for a emotional, beautiful, romantic ride!
