Not my first read by the author and the previous one’s I have read I have liked very much so, this one was right up my FAV alley because I love a good enemy-to-lovers romance!!
Sky is a younger woman who is a nanny to an adorable little man, who’s father is a very wealthy and well known man. When one day they get home and a unknown vehicle is parked in the driveway, Skye hopes it’s not the asshole-playboy older brother Liam. Sadly, it was him. Things only heat up between them from then on.
When Skye loses her mind and agree’s to a FAKE MARRIAGE to Liam, she has no idea that his intentions are anything but good. Liam, always being a man who is misunderstood and not listened to and trapped under his father, he will do anything to be free of it all. Even if it means stepping over the “nanny” and his little brother. After all, all his life his father has pegged him for a loser and low life.
But, when his little lie turns into the biggest one yet…will he lose it all?
This story is fantastic because the heroine is strong, firm, smart-mouthed and gorgeous, she is still vulnerable enough to want to be needed. Liam may be a little shit and mean at times, deep down he has his reasons and doesn’t know any better because he’s been like that…always. You get bickering, sexy moments, sweet uber SWOON moments and heartfelt scenes. Would highly recommend this one!
