Not my first read by the author, and I am so excited we get another Dawson Family book!! Right off the bat I remember how much I hated Kara from the previous books, and ugh wishing very much she “accidentally” gets pushed in front of a bus. Also, I feel for Dean, really not fair they way it all happened.

When one night of “fate” if you will, Dean and Rory run into one another…things heat up pretty fast and not knowing of one another, they hit it off and have the most amazing one-night. A one-night stand Rory is not sure the rules of, but assumes Dean is very familiar and experienced in that part. But things are never as they seem….

Dean is done with relationships while Rory is done with non-commitment men. So, where do they go from here?

Not wanting to give out too much because this is a A LOT is happening type of book. I am happy to revisit some of the older Dawson characters, as always fun, sass and lots of kids. The heroine and hero have a unusual relationship. I do have a few nicks about them: Dean; he started off with me knowing what he wanted he was set in stone then one we got to the end, he was very wishy/washy like, just felt like a ping-pong for a little with him. Rory: she was very clear on what she wanted from the beginning I liked that about her, very nerdy, cute…and aside from reminding me a lot of the author hehe I don’t think I have any nicks about her, once I have finished it all. I did a little predict the ending but all in all it was a fun read & I am glad Dean got a story.

I now am wishing that Rory’s brother Mason, also gets a story!!
