Dean Evans is the worst.
Not only does the devil in disguise steal my pie on a regular basis, he also lives in the apartment right. Next. Door.
I see him all the time. At the mailboxes. In the elevator.
Every single morning.

Not my first read by the author and not my last, I love Teagan’s books they are a unique brand of her town. This one was not far at all from the type of book you are expecting. Lot’s of banter lots of laughter, sweet moments thrown in and great amazing characters.

Then, we’re kissing again.
Dean and River are neighbors as you would guess, but not just any kind the ‘i can’t stand you type’ where both parties hate each other but also think they are hot….but shhhh they wouldn’t want one another to know that now would they. I really enjoyed this back and forth equal hate banter but also loved the moment it all came together. There isn’t much to say without giving a lot of it away but know that you will not regret diving in, light read yes but full of sparks, spunk and romance and heart!
