Not my first read by the ladies, and won’t be my last. I really really enjoyed book 1 in this series and knew this one was going to be equally amazing, so i couldn’t wait to dive in.
Talk about staying up till 1am to finish reading. I ABSOLUTELY loved this! It had everything I love and crave from the ladies. Captivating Mature Characters, swooning, fun, heart and emotion. This one is Book 1 Heroine’s little sister and another team member of her bf’s baseball team. recently divorced hero is a mess, a very big mess… after 10 years how does one just shut everything off. When he gets a little out of hand, Casey the beyond is kind of thrown in. she lives with her big sister and her bf…and she’s loved managing her sisters career yes, but when she gets thrown in to put Ross’s life back together, she’s hesitant but agrees. She’s always had a crush on him, but no one knew that. When lines get blurred because after all emotions are high and well wine flowed easy…well all I will say like the blurb is that THEY get a curveball thrown in…and it’s a tricky continues one.
That’s all I’m saying but really enjoyed the events and the hero heroine relationship and emotional bond connection between them. Something about a younger MATURE heroine who is just so damn sweet gets me. even more when the hero is a handsome, sweet, funny and swoony man! A MUST READ for this one, just plain enjoyed the heck out of this and well worth staying up until 1am to finish!!
