Not my first read by the author, MF is my top 3 favorite author’s and I have read many many of her books including all of the books in this series and previous connecting ones. So to say I am excited to read her books is an understatement.
Okay this took me by surprise, usually at the beginning when the heroine is very ‘young acting’ super strong, I get a bit reserved reading but Trix here took me by surprise. That said I loved Trix & Nick together, long time friends, longing for one another but from afar…Trix takes it in her hands to break through Nick’s tough broody lonely exterior and brings color into his world. You can’t go wrong with NICK because not only is he a cowboy and sexy but he does Horse Stunts and well that requires a lot of flexing while on the horse and all I want to do now is google the states and see if there is such a thing so I can go watch it! *sigh* there really isn’t much for me to be able to say because I rather not give out too much as always but will say that Trixie keeps you on your toes and you’ll love the way the hero Nick is with her. Aaaaaand as always the side characters kee you entertained and engaged!
If you want romance, cowboys, adventure, sweet and fun heroine mixed with a sexy broody hero that really didn’t know what he needed until Trix barged through those doors.
