Not my first read by the author and I have read all the other books in this series! I was very nervous for this one just from the blurb due to my dislikes in books but I fell in love with this from page one. It was romantic, sweet, swoony and fun!
This is a workplace-romance. When Reagan is on her lowest, she ins’t sure where to turn. Of course her friends from the Burger’s & Brew pub are there to help her. Or rather she help them. She gets hired on as a temp for an employee that’s on leave. The only thing that will be hard to do is be around the sexy manager she has lusted over for far too long. She just got broken up with a hot minute ago and she isn’t surprised that there weren’t very many sad feelings for it. Being cheated on it not something she ever wanted to have on her check list but she is determined to move on and keep fighting. Garreth has had his eye on Reagan for a long time, even while she was dating that douche. He is a professional and really loves his job. Coming from a failed marriage he hasn’t been hot on jumping back in but not not trying. When a opportunity strikes and they both take it, the outcome is a sweet one. Their story may be a little different and how they got there but it was worth every single joy and tear! p.s. i love the surprise in this one and fare warning the hero is SUPER SWOONY and ROMANTIC!
