Not my first read by the author. And I am already addicted to this series and this was a naughty one.
Hero is the heroine’s brother’s best friend. She is off limits to him but overhearing something that he knows he can give her, he tries his shot even if it’s just with benefits. These two really are magic together, they fit and get along just perfect. Except they don’t voice it to each other and sit in a limbo of what if’s and so forth. They know the rules but in fate and love there are no rules. They spend time together, get to know one another well, sneak off and be in secret, it’s all fun and games until the lines get crossed then one or both have to take a step and it’s scary. Watching these two come together was fun but also so sweet and romantic, the hero is truly a hero and helps the heroine a lot more than she knows. They both might just have to teach one another what love is.
