Not my first read by author and the blurb got me on this but then she came out with the cover and HELLLLOOOO THERE!!!!! After reading some heavy books in a row it was nice to jump into a fun and sweet rom-com.
Freya, there is something so innocent and sweet but full of sass and backbone about her. I instantly fell in love with her. A woman that has put herself in a class and just living through life, when enough is enough and she wants to do something about it. That’s where Mac comes in!! Also it’s the best when Freya calls sex “the sex” haha!
Mac suggest a great idea because they are best mates and nothing can go wrong. WRONG! Everything went wrong in all the sense. When lines are blurred and crossed, are these two going to be able to hold strong? This is a whole new level of SCOTTISH talk and sexy Scottish talking!! It’s really a light-hearted read but with so much deepness to it, it touches on a lot of basic but important issues.
